Senior Ontario Court Judge Richarard Humphrey of Subury did in 2004 strip me of all access that was awarded to me in 2001 from a higher court with NO evidence, only because he conspired with his buddy Jean Jaques Paquette and Patricia Meehan. During the first court appearance Richard Humprey said to court appointed children’s lawyer Patricia Meehan “What might be the result of this order? (taking away my access). What does a 5 year know about his parent being asked to go for an asessment? In 2010, she brought the child in court and the child said exactly what Patricia Meehan told him to say “Go for an assessment so we could see each other”. Bet Meehan didnt tell the child that his father is willing to go for an INDEPENDANT assessent! Noooo….because then the child will ask whats wrong with my father going to see an INDEPENTANT assessor? Answer…the Sudbury CAS will be unable to tell the INDEPENDANT assessor what to write in his report! Meehan and Judge Humphrey (Uncle Richard) and Jean Jaques Paqeutte conspire together to strip a parent of their rights to ensure Sudbury CAS gets more funding. The industry prospers, paquatte, judges, CAS and their doctors all make money. Lawyers and judges who deal with cases in the child

In my earlier years of practice, I assisted clients in a broad range of areas including real estate, criminal, personal injury, breach of contract and family matters. I found that I could best serve my clients in the areas of family, real estate and estate matters. ( Jean Jaques Paquette best serves himself and the CAS by lining his own pockets and securing more funding for Sudbury CAS by keeping families in court. I have been denied even a supervised visit. My child has been told by both CAS and Patricia Meehan he will get in trouble for calling me! These are the family values that Patricia Meehan and Jean Jacques Paquette promote in our community.)

When I asked the the CAS do do a drug screen, CAS’s Jean Jacque Paquette told me to “Mind my own business” (audio to follow). Verhagen and the CAS began to restrict access to me then finally eliminated all access. Shortly after that I discovered Verhagen petition the doctors for a prescription of Ritalin (kiddy cocaine). This is her “new family”. Those will to exploit and take advantage of drug addicts and children.
So now CAS had another family in the system (more governemnt funding) and Verhagen obtained what she wanted (avoiding drug test and no access to me). The CAS is known for leaving children in abusive homes and with phedophiles. The CAS is known to protect phedophiles and to abuse drugs. Jean Jacque Paquette and Regean Parisie (two parasites) we believe are good examples of why the Sudbury CAS and others are fighting so hard to maintain their secrecy.
To date the Sudbury Children`s Aid Society is unwilling to even allow me a supervised visit! Fathers like me who pay support and never had any history of mental illness or abused kids havent seen their kids in 5 years! The most heartbreaking dramas that sociopaths create are those that involve children. Many sociopathic parents stand up in court proclaiming that they “only want what is best for the children.” They’re lying. What they really want is to use the children as clubs to beat their ex-partners into submission, using their kids to supplement welfare checks and to obtain drugs. These type of parents don`t deserve their kids but are the kind that CAS and the courts support. Both Patricia Meehan, the CAS Lissa and Rejean Parise and Jean Jacques Paquette have allowed parents like this to brain wash there children against the other parent. Wonder what their own children Brechin or Maija Elizabeth Kaarina would think if they new what kind of parents THEY have.
I have no history of mental illness, never abused any children, The mother and CAS wanted me to have an assessment when I discovered the mother abusing drugs with CAS workers and lawyer. I voluntarily went for two 2 assessments. Sudbury CAS didn’t like these assessments which were done by doctors more qualified than can be found in Sudbury. No drug tests ordered for mother either. Mayor John Rodriquez was not joking when he publicily said “lets go smoke some crack”. The assessments didn’t say what CAS wanted them to say. Sudbury Judge Renaud said that the Sudbury CAS has to choose the assessor. (hahah. so they can tell the assessor what to write of course) Well Judge Renaud you can kiss my ass (when you’re not kissing your cleaners). The mother is no stranger to a few judges in Sudbury and CAS lawyer having ‘cleaned their homes” in the past. In fact the mother’s mother would clean for senior judges and our very own MPP Rick Bartolucci! Two generations of working women serving the leaders of our communities in more ways than one. Why Sudbury CAS and judge Renaud denied even a supervised visit to the father is abuse. Ignoring my son for your financial gain is morally corrupt. Why Sudbury CAS denied a local child dental health care plan, then 2 years later Sudbury Credit bureau wants father to pay cash when CAS and the mother would not use the father dental coverage. I wonder who is on the board at the Sudbury Credit Bureua? More of the same familiar names I’m sure. Sudbury hydro anyone? Sudbury is corruptioncentral!
