Child Advocate Blocked
Ontario's child advocate Irwin Elman has been blocked in efforts to carry out his statutory duties. While Deb Matthews, Minister of Children and Youth Services, publicly proclaims her cooperation, she has privately stonewalled Mr Elman, blocking his access to required records. He has begun a court action to force disclosure of information in the case of a child beaten by police.

The motives of some parents who ignore their own children and use the CAS to withhold access to the other parent must be questioned drug/child abuse?… Prostitution? Sudbury “social workers” (Jody Marcotte,etc) who state that the children would be better off without a father have already been revealed here, as have corrupted court appointed “children’s lawyers” like Sudbury’s Patricia Meehan. On April 15, 2009, one such parent will be revealed as a deterrent for other parents who may contemplate denying their child the right to be raised by both parents.
